COVID hits LOCAL BUS SERVICES
Stagecoach South has advised that they have been forced to reduce their bus services in the area due to increased numbers of staff being affected with sickness and in isolation. As a result, the 76 bus that serves Whitchurch has been reduced to just one per hour on the Andover – Whitchurch – Basingstoke route.
There is also no service on Friday 1st January 2021.
Stagecoach will issue further updates in due course to confirm service levels for Saturday 2nd January and from Monday 4th January 2021. If the availability of drivers improves, they will review and look to reinstate journeys.
