Village Statement…..
“Longparish Parish Council & Longparish Community Pub Limited have been awarded “Best Small Village” in Hampshire’s Village of the Year competition!
Longparish was entered into the category for ‘best village project’ for the Plough Inn community pub and hub project, but the judges were so impressed with our village’s commitment and all the hard work from all of the community volunteers involved, we’ve walked away this evening with the award for “Best Small Village”!
Our congratulations and a huge thank you go out to everyone involved. You’ve made us very proud”.
