A beautiful garden built around an early C18 mill on an idyllic isolated stretch of the River Test, east of Whitchurch.

The gardens have been built incrementally over 30 yrs with extensive bulb planting; herbaceous and Mediterranean borders with magnolia, irises, and tree peonies; summer and autumn borders; a traditional orchard and two small arboretums, one specialising in Japanese shrubs and trees.

We’re back! After the incredibly successful re-launch last year, join us again on May the 10th – 11th for a captivating community-led celebration. Featuring world-class folk artists, this vibrant festival spotlights traditional music, dance, arts, and crafts. Enjoy interactive workshops and local food and drink. An inviting, spirited gathering for all ages in this picturesque North Hampshire town.

See some of the country’s best traditional folk musicians, performing at intimate venues across the town. Enjoy folk dance displays and workshops, from Morris dancing to traditional Hampshire step dancing. Sample food, drink and crafts from local Whitchurch businesses, and concerts in the town’s heritage buildings.

With a full program of free events alongside the impressive programme of ticketed concerts and workshops, and a children’s festival – this is going to be a wonderful day for all.

Treorchy Male Voice Choir

Treorchy Male Voice Choir

The world famous Treorchy Male Voice Choir return to Whitchurch on Saturday 17th May.

There are only a small amount of Gold tickets remaining – £25.00 (reserved seating, pre/mid and after lounge bar access where we will be joined by the choir. Silver tickets £18.00 are unreserved seating.
