Celebrating our Centenary Year 1924-2024

Our club forms part of Whitchurch Sports and Social Club, tucked away beside the main sports complex. The club was first formed in 1924 and members of our club continue to play a range of competitive events throughout the season from April to September.

We would like to welcome as many as possible to our Bowling green opening for the new șeason. This is a very special year as we start to celebrate our centenary year at Whitchurch Lawn Bowling Club.

Fun for all ages!

We have a fun afternoon planned with lots of different games where you will have the chance to win a prize! There is a chance to win something in the raffle too.

Tea, coffee, biscuits and nibbles available.

Please come along and help us celebrate, everyone is welcome.

We love to welcome new players of all ages and abilities. That old adage “Bowls takes a second to learn, but a lifetime to master ” is so very true – it’s easy to learn, so why not pop along and have a go? You’ll be made very welcome and new players will be offered initial coaching sessions to get to grips with the game. Please contact us if you would like to know more.
