‘Tunes Through the Decades’ with Mick Browne in Support of Parkinsons UK
We’ve got Mick Browne ( Whitchurch’s very own ) bringing his stripped back acoustic covers, this coming Saturday 22nd November.
From tomorrow (17th November) you’ll notice our charity bottle back on the bar for the week and we’ll be politely hassling you to donate to Parkinsons UK.
A good friend of Mick’s, the drummer from his first band has suffered with severe Parkinsons for 30 years and this year former band mates have released a single, to help raise funds to fight this crippling disease ( The single will be available to buy for a very reasonable £10 on Saturday as well 👌)
We’d love to raise a good amount for Parkinsons UK to help in our own small way in the battle to find a cure and improve life for everyone affected by Parkinson’s.
There will also be a raffle on Saturday evening, so bring your pound coins to help this great charity.
