See a collection of paintings that tell stories about life.

Several paintings celebrate local events in Whitchurch, Hampshire, mixing the real with the imaginary. Others are responses to serious life issues, told through visual metaphors, such as birds of prey. Some are imaginary explorations of themes, for example “under the sea” or “on the seashore”.

Reminiscent of a naïve folk-art style these paintings tell stories in an unpretentious, colourful way, often with an element of humour in the details.

Although most paintings are for sale, there is absolutely no pressure to buy anything.

All proceeds from the painting ” Whitchurch Shropshire, Whitchurch Hampshire cyclists’ reception at the Town Hall” will be going towards motor neurone disease; supporting the fundraiser established by the cyclists from Whitchurch Shropshire, completing the ‘World Wide Whitchurch’ cycling event earlier this year..
