Unfortunately due to Covid we are not able to hold this meeting in person so we will be holding it via zoom…. zoom meeting links to follow. The agenda will include: –

A presentation from the Committee Chairman A presentation from the Chairman of the Town Hall Trust The presentation of the Annual Community Awards and An opportunity for residents to ask questions to the Town Council – Please submit your questions by the 23rd April 2021, either in writing to the Town Council Office or by email to clerk@whitchurch-hampshire-tc.gov.uk

The closing date for nominations for the Annual Community Awards is 31 March 2021.

The Great Whitchurch Treasure Hunt – Easter Weekend

The Great Whitchurch Treasure Hunt

This weekend brings the Great Whitchurch Treasure Hunt and you have until 7pm Easter Monday to find clues, decipher and hunt for the treasure

 

Fun for all the family with Easter Egg prizes on offer, with a prize draw for those that manage to find and picture the Treasure and an additional draw for ‘Best Efforts’ for those who submit hunt sheet pics, completed or not.

  Winners of the prize draw win an Lindt Easter Egg/Bunny and a full day hire courtesy of the Whitchurch Party Co of either: 

Baby soft play and ball pit Thomas/Unicorn mini roller coaster Overnight Teepee home sleepover party for 2.

  Clipboards are advised as you work your way around town finding clues. Paynes Printers are selling clipboards for a bargain £2.99 on an order and collect basis.

The Community Live Events Team will be handing out free Hunt Sheets by the Town Square between midday and 2pm on Saturday 3rd April.
