In advance of timetables being available they have said:
New improved route and timetable with bigger buses providing additional capacity, running hourly between Andover and Basingstoke all day Mondays to Saturdays and Sunday daytime.
In addition, buses will run every 20 minutes between Whitchurch, Overton and Basingstoke, Monday to Saturday daytimes.
Buses will no longer divert via Picket Twenty during evenings and Sundays, giving a quicker journey time.
Within Basingstoke, buses will run a more direct route between the Leisure Park and the town centre running via Churchill Way West to the railway station and bus station.
A call into the Basingstoke office told this website that the buses would still leave Basingstoke at 50mins past each hour which would go through to Andover.
Buses would also leave at 10 and 30 mins past which would travel to Whitchurch before returning to Basingstoke. The Andover service would therefore remain hourly.
d information on evenings and Sundays was not yet available.
With a 20 minute frequency it should also encourage more to travel by bus to Basingstoke instead of by car, reducing road traffic and helping with Climate Change needs.
