Rob Gower will be speaking about the island of St Kilda in the Outer Hebrides.
It is the remotest part of the British Isles, a National Trust for Scotland World Heritage Site, and the St Kilda Club is a charity set up to promote the education, conservation and protection of the island.
The WI usually meets on the third Thursday of the month (April is an exception due to how Easter falls this year) at the Gill Nethercott Centre, starting at 7.15pm and ending around 9pm.
There is no charge to attend the first meeting so if you have not been before why not give it a go; after all there is nothing to lose and potentially lots to gain!
