SUMMARY:'The Peppermint People' - Summerdown Farm Tour
DESCRIPTION:We’ve been growing\, harvesting and distilling our very own Black Mitcham peppermint for almost three decades\, all from our family farm in the Hampshire countryside. Throughout June\, July and August the farm team get busy harvesting and distilling over 300 acres of beautifully fragranced Camomile\, Peppermint and Lavender herbs. \nDuring these tours you’ll experience the process of how we produce the finest English essential oils from the crops we grow in our fields. It will be a real treat for your senses as we meander through our fields\, visit our on-site distillery and listen to our Master of Mint\, Ian Margetts as he talks through the journey of our herbs. \nWe’ll guide the tour onto farm tracks\, fields and along the hedgerows\, finishing with an opportunity to taste some Summerdown treats\, made from our famous Black Mitcham peppermint. \nAlthough the weather wouldn’t deter us if it is a bit ‘British’ it might affect the experience\, so we’ll have a wet weather alternative. \nSuitable footwear for uneven ground and muddy tracks is essential. We recommend this tour for relatively active people as this tour will cover a considerable amount of walking. \nAfter booking your tour we will email you full details of the event\, including directions and parking. A full refund is available up to 14 days prior to the tour date. If cancelling within 14 days prior to the tour date\, an exchange to a different tour of the same value can be offered. \nIf you have any further questions\, feel free to email welcome@summerdown.com

SUMMARY:National Theatre Live at the Parish Hall - All My Sons
DESCRIPTION:Written by Arthur Miller\, directed by Ivo Van Hove\, design by Jan Versweyveld. \nBryan Cranston (Breaking Bad) and Marianne Jean-Baptiste (Hard Truths) feature in a five-star\, triumphantly acclaimed new production of Arthur Miller’s classic play\, from visionary director Ivo Van Hove (A View from the Bridge). \nOne family\, the heart of the American dream. When wartime delivers profits for Joe\, it comes at a price when his partner is charged with criminal manufacturing deals\, and his eldest son goes missing in action. Will peacetime bring peace of mind\, or will he be confronted by the consequence of his actions? \nFilmed live from the West End\, Paapa Essiedu (I May Destroy You)\, Tom Glynn-Carney (House of the Dragon)\, and Hayley Squires (I\, Daniel Blake) also feature in this disturbingly prescient play.
