Each week there are two walks starting from the Gill Nethercott Centre, one short and gentle, and one longer and brisker. Both depart at 10.00am and are not just good for health, but are great social events too.
They last between an hour and 90 minutes and there is tea/coffee and biscuits at the end – along with a good chinwag.
All that is needed is to arrive by 9.45am to register and to wear suitable footwear for country paths.
