We have been asked to pass on this message:

On Tuesday 18th June 2013 at 12.25 hours a white transit van occupied by two white males attended an address in Stoke where the driver, a male in his thirties wearing a white t-shirt, deceived the occupants of an address into giving him some cash for some work that he hasn’t returned to do.

The male also has a light mousey coloured moustache and hair and was the driver of the van.
If anyone saw this vehicle in the valley around this time could they please make contact with me.

I have attended an address in St Mary Bourne where an elderly lady had a white male of similar description to the male described above who attended her address in a white van on Tuesday 18th June 2013 mid afternoon, stating that he had come to do some building work. She didn’t let him in the house and he left. The van had a the word ‘DAMP’ written on it and possibly another word before or after it. If anyone has seen this vehicle please let me know.
