Music and festive windows greet visitors to the Scouts' store in the charity shop.

The arrival of the Scouts in the town’s charity shop has begun the festive season for Whitchurch.

Local artist Steve Miller was busy painting the windows with a snow scene (as the real stuff hits other parts of the UK), and an organ grinder entertained visitors to the shop.

Further festive fun is coming on Wednesday with the official switch on of the lights at the Town Hall and a fair at the Gill Nethercott Centre – details HERE.

(And at Clacy’s, next door, you can buy a toboggan!)
