Whitchurch sees quite a few cycling activities ranging from the weekly Bike Club & BMX skills at the Primary School and FOWPs Primary Pedal, through to campaigning for better facilities such as cycle routes and safer roads for all.
Many local people take part in all types of riding from gentle countryside pootling and shopping trips through to massed-start road racing and cross-country events.

Each year sees several local residents taking part in another growing aspect in today’s world of cycling – the Charity Ride.

Paul Ford Neath is one such rider. Having lost his mother to cancer he is undertaking charity rides to raise funds.
