What an event Rock-us was – this year billed as Bad Music in a nice Town – as music lovers poured into the Testbourne campus to enjoy the vast array of bands and acts, around twenty in all.

A top class festival…
The event has become the biggest – and best value – music festival in the area.
With several stages catering for different music styles, it maintained the informality and friendliness associated with previous years, when known as Twang.
And it was an event for the whole family, with the bouncy castles, candy floss, the sizzling burgers and the supporting stalls – but it was the music which took the centre stage!

Music throughout the day…
The weather was near perfect as music of all kinds were enjoyed on the several stages, from the Open-Mic and acoustic through to urban and heavy metal.
The Gentry Underground, The Fortunate, Le Chat Noir, Ceasefire, Karrion and of course Keith Bell and friends – the acts flowed throughout the day.

It was a brilliant day, a credit to the organisers, and another great event for the town as the rhythms and beat continued long into the evening.
