Early on this Sunday morning (27th October) at 2.00am, clocks need to be put back one hour as the UK goes back on to GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).

As well as having an extra hour to lie in (if you wish), it will then be lighter in the mornings but darker at night, so don’t get caught out.
