Written by Academy Award-winning screenwriter Julian Fellowes and produced by Martin Scorsese, ‘The Young Victoria’ charts the rise to power of Queen Victoria (Emily Blunt), crowned at the age of 18.
Following Queen Victoria through her turbulent years, the film focuses on her ill-fated marriage to Prince Albert (Rupert Friend) – whose death prompted the queen to spend her remaining years in mourning.
