All campaigners, supporters, councillors, media and the public are invited to the hand-over which will take place at the Whitchurch Town Hall in Whitchurch, Hampshire, RG28 7DW (opposite the White Hart Hotel).

If you have been collecting signatures on petitions, then thank you! and please return them to the Whitchurch Town Hall (mailslot in door beside Town Council notice board).
