The annual Testbourne Craft and Gift Fair is a highlight of the pre-Christmas Calendar.

If you are looking for something different to give as Christmas presents this year then this is the place to shop. There are stalls offering a rich variety of gifts and handcrafted items for sale brought to you by members of our local community and beyond.

A terrific number of stalls…
Stalls include hand crafted jewellery, hand crafted cards, children’s toys and teddy bears, handmade textile items such as clutch bags and glasses cases, local history calendars and postcards, handmade soap, candles, hand crafted decorations and ornaments, wood turned bowls, wooden boxes and clocks, cushions, hand knitted toys and garments, a selection of jams, chutneys, marmalade and home baked items, hand painted statues, animals and plaques, gift and home ware with vintage/retro feel such as cake tins and coat hooks, homemade cupcakes, Christmas decorations and stocking fillers, Sock Monkeys, Egyptian ware, pet and human treats, beauty accessories and cosmetics.
Other stalls include Forever Living – aloe vera products, Pampered Chef, Phoenix Trading, Fifth Avenue Jewellery and Crafty Affairs.

Local ‘royalty’ and the Town Mayor…

The Whitchurch Carnival Queen, Claire Miller, with an attendant, Alicia Holt, and the Carnival Princess, Abigail Davis, will be present for the opening of the ‘Fair’ at 11o’clock.

The Mayor of Whitchurch, Cllr. Barry Jackman, is planning to visit the ‘Fair’ during the morning.

The Testbourne Singers and Flute Choir will present between 11 am and 1 pm. They are planning to perform some festive pieces to entertain you as you browse the lovely stalls that have been booked this year or while you sit enjoy some refreshments.

Home made cakes and freshly prepared rolls along with a selection of hot and cold drinks will be served all day.

Raffle and Tombola…
There will be the usual raffle and tombola stalls organised by the PTFA.
The raffle will be drawn at 3.30 pm.

Admission is 50p for adults, Senior Citizens and children under 16 years free.

The ‘Gift & Craft Fair’ is organised by Testbourne Community School Parents, Teachers & Friends Association to raise funds towards the school’s special projects that add to the facilities available to all it’s pupils.
