The Watership Down Inn are holding their first beer festival over the August Bank Holiday.

It is expected there will be over 20 real ales and ciders.

Face painting and clown bluey will be performing on Saturday and Sunday.

Popular local musician Darren Rampton will be playing an acoustic set on the Friday evening, from 8.00pm onwards.
There will be a BBQ with steaks, burgers and fish.

On Saturday a hog roast is planned from midday, then from 3.00pm there is the Watership Burger Challenge!

Darren is back and joins his band Dr Vegas in the early evening, when they will be entertaining with their full set, 5.00pm – 8.00pm.

On Sunday a whole Hampshire lamb will be roasted. There will also be crepes and a pickled egg eating competition (2pm) – please enter at the pub. Live music again in the afternoon.
In the evening there is a quiz with a beer theme.

On Monday there will be sweet and savoury crepes BBQ and a little more music to help wash down the ales!
