On Saturday 12th August an art exhibition in the Gill Nethercott Centre will be revealing creativity across Whitchurch, from past to present.
Child-minding groups will be presenting over a hundred pieces of artwork created by local children as a symbol of the present. Doors open at 9.30am and close at 5.00pm.
If you have a link to creative Whitchurchians we still may be able to accommodate some work.
The key aim is to show the rich range of skills so initially each participant will be offered a free table space, which can be manned or not. There will be vast range of topics, from woodcarving, weaving and written work to knitting, jewellery, sculpture, music, drawing/painting, website design, photography, microscopes – and much more.
