The White Hart Hotel will be holding the official launch and baptism of the first completed decorated bollards, part of the Whitchurch Community Arts Project, funded by SEEDA and supported by HCC, Basingstoke & Deane borough Council and the Whitchurch Town Council.
The White Hart Hotel has sponsored the first two to be completed, and there is to be a small ceremony to officially wet the head of these, as well as officially mark the commencement of the project’s decorations.
There will also be the opportunity to hear of future plans and see current designs, and you may even have a go at designing a bollard yourself should you wish!
