WADS takes to the open air
UPDATE: SATURDAY NIGHT NOW SOLD OUT
WADS, Whitchurch’s community theatre group, is performing an open-air production of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, at 7:30 pm on 22, 23 and 24 July. Set in the beautiful grounds of The Lawn, by kind permission of Professor Denning, this is very suitable for families who’d like to experience the magic of Shakespeare. The production features some music composed for the occasion by Vincent Lindsey-Clark.
Bring a picnic and your own wine and other refreshments, as well as your own chairs or picnic blankets. We have booked sunshine and balmy weather (although the show will go on even if it rains, hails or even snows).
