The famous Household Troops Band of the Salvation Army is making a special visit to Whitchurch to play a short open air concert.
Whitchurch is renowned for being the place where the ‘Right to Demonstrate’ was won for the country when the Salvation Army led the way for the freedom to protest in the late 19th century, and a plaque marks the place in the Town Square.
